1898

Fernand COLLET DELVAL
founds the ANIOS company in LILLE. The company specializes in the manufacture of disinfectants for breweries.
Marketing of antimicrobial products based on vanadium salts.

1918

Fernand COLLET DELVAL is succeeded by his son René COLLET, who moves the company to the Saint-André site.

1953

Odette COLLET succeeds her husband.

1968

Luce LETARTRE-COLLET, granddaughter of the founder, gains control of the company. She will base the company’s growth on a partnership with the Pasteur Institute of Lille and the scientific advice of Professor Henri BEERENS.
Marketing of the first product based on a synergy of aldehydes and quaternary ammoniums.

1974

Thierry LETARTRE develops a new, major line of business : the hospital business.

1982

Bertrand LETARTRE becomes Managing Director of Laboratoires ANIOS.

1986

New department : DMD (medical and dental surgeries).

1989

The company moves to
Lille-Hellemmes.

1994

New department:
HYDENET (communities).

1995

Certification to ISO 9002.

Anios at the beginning of the 21th century

1996

AIR LIQUIDE SANTE INTERNATIONAL acquires an interest in ANIOS.
Certification to EN 46002 (CE marking of medical devices).

2000

Opening of the 2nd site in Sainghin-en-Mélantois, dedicated to logistics.

2001

Certification to ISO 9001 v.2000.

2002

Buyout of Laboratoires Peters (hygiene division), creation of Laboratoires Stéridine.

2004

Anios sets out to conquer the world: we export to over 60 countries !

2005

Buyout of FARMEC (Verone - Italy).

2006

Opening of a second factory in September, on the Sainghin-en-Mélantois site.
